Dogs at Crickley

Crickley Hill is a dog friendly site, however we ask visiting dog walkers to help us protect wildlife at the site by abiding by our dog walking guide.

March through to July is an important time for nature and so there are particular areas of the site where dogs must be kept on leads in order to prevent any wildlife disturbance.

A red paw print sign means you're in an area where wildlife is vulnerable to disturbance and dogs need to be kept on leads in these areas. Areas marked with a green paw print do not require dogs to be kept on leads, but they should be kept on footpaths and under close control to avoid disturbing wildlife and other visitors.

Dogs are not permitted inside the café, but are allowed in the external seating area.

Dog walkers can enjoy food and drinks through external service points and seating. Special dog biscuits are available to purchase for our canine visitors.
