Wildlife Nature Tots activities

WildNet - Tom Marshall

The brilliant Nature Tots leaders, Stevie and Rosie, have been hard at work preparing some videos and lots of downloadable resources that we will be sharing with you over the coming weeks. Stay tuned for recommended books, arts and crafts, outside activities, wildlife facts and much more - all themed and designed to bring you closer to nature.

GWT's Nature Tots sessions are normally a charged for service but during these uncertain times, we wanted to provide a helping hand and will be providing them online for free. All activities are designed with under five's in mind, but may well be appropriate for other ages.

Make your own stick person

Make one, two or maybe three stick people from natural resources found during your daily exercise.  Collect lots of sticks to make a stick family.  Stevie brings another creative spin to stick collecting in this week's Nature Tots Wildlife Activities.

Make your very own fishing rod

This week Stevie shares with with you something a little different. She shows you how to make a fishing rod out of natural materials that you can find on the ground. Is really easy and a perfect way to keep the kids entertained.

Make a natural mobile

Stevie shows you how to make a mobile out of natural materials that you could easily find in your garden or on a short walk near your home.
