Gloucestershire Local Nature Partnership Manager

Salary: up to £30,000

Location: Gloucester

The Gloucestershire Local Nature Partnership (GLNP) is seeking a dynamic individual. The ideal candidate must be a highly effective partnership manager and able to facilitate and deliver collaborative cross-sectorial initiatives to benefit nature, people and the economy.

Our preference is for someone with experience of working at a policy level with broad partnerships, preferably within the environmental or planning sectors. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an imaginative and proactive way of working with partners.

The postholder will build upon the strengths and projects of an effective partnership that already exists between approximately 25 public, private and third sector bodies with environmental responsibilities in Gloucestershire. The members of the LNP have come together to fund this post in order to help increase collaboration and implement an ambitious work plan.

The role will be based with Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust but accountable to the GLNP Board.

This is a full-time fixed term post for three years.
