Join our learning team to help inspire the next generation!

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wilder Learning team at Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust. Our work with children and young people is growing rapidly and you could help us deliver this vital work.

The scope of the wilder learning programme is broad and ranges from pre-school sessions, outreach activities, curriculum-based trips, youth engagement and adult learning. We are looking for volunteers who could help us deliver our sessions by helping with setting up, supporting children engage with activities, reading stories, chatting with parents and teachers, and helping with packing up at the end of sessions.

We are looking for volunteers who are confident working with children, and ideally have previous experience working with children. This would be a great opportunity for those hoping to teach, or are retired from teaching. If you would like to register your interest please email volunteering@gloucestershirewildlifetrust.co.uk in the first instance.

Please note that we ask learning volunteers to undertake a DBS check (paid for by the Trust) as part of our safeguarding process.
