The traditional management techniques used to benefit wildlife are now creating products for sale, such as firewood, charcoal and hedging stakes. The enterprise has been devised to ensure the woodland can continue to support wildlife such as dormice, marsh tit, cuckoo, spotted flycatcher, over 500 species of fungi and 70 species of plant only found in ancient woodlands such as these.
