Summer Raffle 2017

Help protect your local wildlife today and be in with a chance of winning £500!

We were delighted with the success of our 2016 raffle, with the help of many local businesses we were able to raise over £9,000! You can help us to achieve the same success this year and we have some great prizes up for grabs!


Our raffle has now closed and the raffle will be drawn on Saturday 25th November. Winners will be notified by 2nd December 2017.

 

Summer Raffle 2017 Terms & Conditions

1. Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is registered as a charity in England (No. 232580).

2. Promoter: Roger Mortlock. Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Robinswood Hill Country Park, Reservoir Road, Gloucester, GL4 6SX.

3. Registered with Gloucester City Council under the Gambling Act 2005.

4. The cost of each ticket is £1.

5. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque payable to Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, credit/debit card or cash.

6. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.

7. Any monies raised by this raffle will support the general work of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust (Registered Charity No: 232580)

8. Tickets are not to be sold to or by any person under the age of 16 years old. If you suspect someone may be under the age of 16, then you should request proof of age. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.

9. Tickets should not be sold on the street or door to door.

10. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Island, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).

11. Trustees and employees of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, and members of their households, are ineligible to enter this draw. Any tickets bought in the name of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust trustees, employees or members of their households will be rejected from the draw and considered as donations to Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.

12. Any money received after the closing date (15th November 2017) will be used to help fund the work of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.

13. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. There is no substitute prize available.

15. No cash alternatives will be offered.

16. Product brands may change to those published.

17. Winning tickets will be pulled at the University of Gloucestershire, Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester at our AGM on 25th November 2017.

18. Winners will be notified in writing by 2nd December 2017. A list of winners will also be published on our website www.gloucestershirewildlifetrust.co.uk/raffle

19. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost, delayed, or damaged in the post, and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Please keep ticket number as proof of purchase.

20. Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary, for example: ‘Mr Smith from Stroud’.

21. Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust respects, and is committed to, protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle.
