Walking information: A public footpath runs through the woods from the ruins of Lancaut Chapel to below Pen Moel, returning via Offa
Parking: Visitors should park their cars about 250 yds along Lancaut Lane, signposted half a mile to the north of Woodcroft. The steep access path into the wood is 150 yds farther on, on the left.
Dogs: Dogs must be on lead
