Join our Nature Tots group at Crickley Hill, an under 5s outdoor education programme led by volunteers.
Nature Tots is a Forest School programme which has been developed specifically for pre-school age children, those under 5. The programme provides opportunities for children to experience and learn from nature through hands-on outdoor activities all themed around wildlife.
Sessions provide children with the opportunity to work together, solve problems, be creative and encourage independent learning.
We are recruiting volunteers to help us lead these sessions. The sessions will take place once a monthly for the duration of a couple of hours at Crickly Hill and will normally be outside. We are looking for volunteers who are confident in working with children under 5 who will be accompanied by their parents. Volunteers need to be happy working outdoors regardless of the weather conditions and able to assist with simple nature activities and craft.
