Help raise vital funds for the charity by joining our Open Gardens admin team
After the amazing success of our previous Open Garden events this summer (thank you to those who helped). We are now looking to next summer and are keen to run even more. To do this volunteers are vital and we are looking to set up a small team of volunteers to help expand the programme further.
Open gardens are run by a number of Trusts and are a great way for members and non-members to visit gardens usually closed to the public. These gardens are renowned for their flower display from snowdrops, tulips to bluebells, they have beautiful gardens to explore. The events are a great opportunity to raise vital funds for the charity but are time-consuming to set up and run. We are therefore looking for volunteers to help with the initial admin set-up and then for those happy to do so assist with running the events next summer.
Last year we raised over £2,800 pounds from these events alone, let's smash this record next year!
