Over the last 60 years, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust has worked to protect and enhance many special places and the wildlife they support.
We’re already working hard with farmers and landholders to expand our work beyond the boundaries of our nature reserves, focusing our efforts in identified Nature Recovery Zones.
But we want to go further, and that’s where you come in.
While individual spaces may feel small, together they form a patchwork that links to the wider countryside, providing safe routes for wildlife to move across our county.
The People's Nature Reserve aims to map all the spaces managed with wildlife in mind throughout Gloucestershire, bringing people together to see the bigger picture and inspiring more people to take action for nature.
