An illustrated talk by Robin Prytherch, organised by the Forest of Dean Area Group.

Robin will talk to us about his long term study over 30 years of Buzzards in North Somerset.

The talk will describe the social behaviour of Buzzards which helps to monitor the population. The results of such information such as breeding success and number of chicks fledged are analysed and the fortunes of some individual pairs are looked at. Robin will be illustrating his talk with his own photographs and pencil sketches of Buzzards.

This event has been organised by the Forest of Dean Area Group of the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust. Non members are welcome at all our meetings. For further details contact the Area Group chairman Philip Mugridge on 01594 510384.
