Simon Weaver, the tenant dairy farmer at Greystones nature reserve in Bourton-on-the-Water, will be running a series of Introduction to Cheese-making courses at Greystones in 2019.

About the event

The day will include learning the art and science of making cheese with cheesemaker Roger Crudge, a guided walk around the nature reserve, and a chance to sample Simon Weaver’s award-winning cheeses. Lunch will be included.

Car parking:  To visit Greystones, visitors can park in one of Bourton’s many pay & display car parks – the nearest option is just 300 yards from Greystones.
