About the event

Pool. Tarn. Pond. Water Hole. Whatever you call them, Do you see them as just a large puddle or a teeming ecosystem filled with life? Spoilers ahead but it's the latter. Come and find out how busy it is and what lives beneath with our pond dipping workshop.

Aimed at 7 - 12 year olds,From the dipping platform at Robinswood Hill learning pond, they will be able to take samples out the pond and examine them for creatures. With our team on hand, they will be able to explain what you've found and how best to dip.

 

This workshop is part of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust’s Waterscapes Week, celebrating the next year of the Waterscapes project. Thanks to the projects founding partners Intact Insurance, and partners the Environment Agency, and Gloucestershire County Council.
