About the event

Woorgreens is found in the heart of the Forest of Dean, and is home to a range of wildlife that live within its marsh, lake and heath habitats. Now considered threatened, heathland once covered large areas of the Forest of Dean.

One of the ways in which Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust manages the site is by conservation grazing.  Luke, Our Conservation Grazing Manager, will be leading the walk and sharing his knowledge and plans for the site with us.

There are two times for the walk, 10am and 2pm and both with cover similar information and ground.
