Please be aware that if you need to cancel your place on an event or course with fewer than 28 days’ notice, monies are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your place on an event or course with more than 28 days’ notice, you are entitled to a partial refund. We will refund the cost of the ticket(s) minus a £5 admin fee (where applicable).Â
Please note that if we do not receive enough bookings for an event or course to proceed, it may be cancelled. If Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust cancels the event or course for any reason, you will be contacted and you are entitled to a full refund. Alternatively we can transfer your place to another event or course in our programme.
We recommend supplying us with more than one form of contact details, to ensure we can contact you, should we need to.
