The Garden Bird Survey has been running since 1993 and is an important long-term study into how bird populations and habits have changed over time in Gloucestershire. The survey runs for the first 9 weeks of the New Year, this year it will begin week commencing 31st December, and will finish on Saturday 2nd March.
Since converting to organic and sustainable farming practices, Charles has seen his family farm blossom in terms of wildlife and economic benefit – and there’s also been a visit from a rather impressed supermodel!
